We offer a range of tennis coaching services from fun and enthusiastic Tennis Australia qualified professional coaches ensuring a small coach to student ratio. All our programs are aligned with the ANZ Hot Shot philosophy of using modified courts and balls to allow children the chance to serve, really and score from the early stages of their tennis development (Read about Junior Tennis Development).
Each lesson is tailored to the individual needs of the children or adults with lesson plans having been drawn up prior to stepping on court. At Young Aces we do not encourage the ‘line drill’ coaching methodology. We believe in a cooperative approach where children are more involved with constant participation whilst learning the necessary social skills of winning and losing.

Young Aces' Programs
4 Easy Stages
Red ball: modified program specifically designed for players aged between 5 and 7. Lessons run for 45 mins and are designed to improve self confidence, fundamental motor skills (throwing, tracking and catching) and nurture the ability to rally in a positive environment.
When- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri at 3.45pm. Sat at 9.15am and 10am.
Orange ball: is a coaching program tailored towards 7-12 yr olds. This is the ideal time to work on technical and tactical fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment. Individual and team based games help the children improve self confidence and rallying ability.
When- Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs at 4.30pm. Sat at 8am.
Green ball: An intense combination of stroke and tactical development that leads to improved rallying and match play. Sessions include singles and doubles match play with an emphasis on serve and return and last for 1.5hrs with an average of 5 people per coach on a full sized court.
When- Tues, Wed & Thurs at 5.30pm. Fri at 4.30pm.
Yellow ball: A fast paced 4 person squad with the emphasis on the tactical and psychological skills required for superior match play. Sessions run for 2hrs and are played on a full sized court.

Private lessons: A great way to work on specific aspects of your game. Private lessons are carried out at a time suitable to the individual 7 days a week by our trained professionals. Players receive constant tutelage tailored to meet the players objectives.
Adult coaching: A fantastic way to stay fit and healthy, get back on the court or hone the finer points of your game. Sessions run for 1.5hrs with an allocation for match play to practise the skills acquired earlier on court.
When – Mon 7.30pm
Cardio tennis: Come and join the fun for an hour of high intensity cardio vascular work out to music whilst hitting plenty of balls. With a mixture of drills and live ball activities, cardio tennis is the ultimate way to stay fit and have fun with your friends.

Tennis camps: School holiday fun for players between the ages of 5 and 13. Young Aces tennis camps include fun warm ups, highly innovative skill development, technique training, fast moving rallying games as well as point play and mini round robin tournaments with daily prizes.
